1. Production time

Because items are produced on demand, typical production time is 2–7 business days.

2. Shipping times

After production, estimated shipping time within the United States is 2–8 business days depending on destination and carrier. 

3. Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking details when available.

4. Address accuracy

Please confirm your shipping address at checkout. If you notice an error immediately, contact us as soon as possible at contact.onlyonce@gmail.com. We cannot guarantee changes after production begins.

5. Split shipments

If you order multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages.

6. Delays

Carrier delays, peak seasons, and events outside our control can affect delivery times. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees.
