1. Our position

OnlyOnce respects intellectual property rights and expects others to do the same. If you believe content on our Site infringes your copyright or trademark, you may submit an infringement notice as described below.

2. Copyright (DMCA) takedown notices

  • Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.

  • Identification of the material removed and the location where it appeared before removal.

  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good‑faith belief the material was removed due to mistake or misidentification.

  • A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or, if outside the U.S., a judicial district where we may be found) and that you will accept service of process from the person who submitted the original notice.

  • Your physical or electronic signature.

4. Trademark complaints

5. Repeat infringers
