1. Who we are

2. Eligibility and use of the Site

By accessing or using the Site, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old. If you are under the age of majority in your state, you may use the Site only with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian, and any purchase must be made by (or with) a parent or legal guardian.

3. Products and print-on-demand fulfillment

Most products are produced on demand after you place an order. We use third‑party fulfillment partners (including Printify and its production partners) and shipping carriers to manufacture and deliver products.

Product images are illustrative; colors may vary due to monitor settings and production methods.

4. Pricing, taxes, and payment

Prices are shown in USD unless stated otherwise. We may change prices at any time. You authorize us and our payment processors to charge your selected payment method for your order total, including applicable taxes and shipping.

5. Order acceptance, errors, and fraud controls

Placing an order is an offer to purchase. We may accept, reject, or cancel an order for reasons including suspected fraud, payment issues, address verification failure, or product availability. If we cancel after payment, we will issue a refund to the original payment method.

6. Shipping, delivery, and risk of loss

Shipping timelines are estimates and not guarantees. Title and risk of loss pass to you when the order is delivered to the carrier, except where prohibited by law. See the Shipping & Delivery Policy for details.

7. Returns, refunds, and replacements (POD model)

Because many items are made to order, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect size selection. However, we will offer a replacement/reprint or refund for manufacturing errors, damaged items, or wrong items shipped, as described in our Refund & Replacement Policy.

8. Intellectual property (brand, designs, content)

All Site content and materials, including trademarks, logos, product designs, artwork, text, graphics, photographs, and the selection and arrangement thereof (collectively, “OnlyOnce Content”), are owned by OnlyOnce or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Limited license: We grant you a limited, revocable, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable license to access and use the Site for personal, non‑commercial shopping purposes.

No commercial reuse: Purchasing a product does not grant you any right to copy, reproduce, or commercially exploit our designs or artwork. You may not create or sell copies, use our designs in your own merchandise, or use our logos/branding without written permission.

9. User submissions (reviews, comments) — license & conduct

If you submit reviews, comments, or other content, you grant us a worldwide, non‑exclusive, royalty‑free license to use, reproduce, publish, and display such content in connection with operating and marketing the Site. You represent you have rights to submit the content and it does not infringe third‑party rights.

10. Prohibited uses

Infringing our or others’ intellectual property rights.
Attempting to reverse engineer, scrape, or misuse the Site’s security features.
Submitting unlawful, abusive, defamatory, or misleading content.

11. Disclaimers

THE SITE AND PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. We disclaim all warranties not expressly required by law.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to an order shall not exceed the amount you paid for the order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Site, or your violation of any rights of another.

14. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflicts principles. Any dispute shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in New Castle County, Delaware, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.
